Raw mental health testimonies. You are more than your diagnosis.
Sound Mind Series is a powerful documentary exploring mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders and OCD, told through raw, real-life testimonies and the unchanging truth of Scripture. In a world where millions silently battle overwhelming thoughts and emotional pain, this series steps directly into the darkness with honesty and compassion.
Each episode follows individuals as they navigate the complexities of their mental health, not with easy answers or surface-level solutions, but through an authentic journey of faith, wrestling and perseverance. Their stories reveal the tension between suffering and hope, while pointing to a God who is present in the midst of it all.
For those who feel alone, exhausted or defined by their diagnosis, Sound Mind offers something greater: living hope, real transformation, and the reminder that healing is possible this side of heaven.

About the mental health film
What is Sound Mind Series?
Sound Mind Series is a Christian mental health documentary that amplifies voices of victory over fear, anxiety and depression. Across five episodes it explores depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, OCD and panic attacks through the lens of Scripture, with the insight of licensed mental health professionals.
How can I watch it?
All five episodes are free to watch on YouTube, and they also stream on RightNow Media. The trailer and our support videos are on our YouTube channel too. To request distribution or screening rights for the full series, email the team.
How is this work funded?
Forever Changed is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit funded by the generous donations of our support team, known as Partner Producers. These donors believe in the power of testimony through filmmaking and invest their prayers and financial support into current and future productions. You can give securely here.
What is your stance on psychology?
We appreciate the value of psychology while remaining fully grounded in the authority of God's Word. Without a strong biblical foundation psychology can be harmful; integrated with that worldview, it becomes a powerful tool for lovingly supporting and guiding those who are hurting.
What is your statement of faith?
We believe that God's intentions, revealed in the infallible Bible, are the final authority in testing all claims about what is true. We believe the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures as a substitutionary sacrifice and that all who believe in Him are redeemed. We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord Jesus Christ and in His ascension into heaven; He is our High Priest and Advocate. Contact us for the full statement.
